Dr. Piccoli is amazing. He takes time to walk you through every step of treatment, ensuring you understand what's happening and why. He is also very punctual. The entire office staff is very pleasant and efficient.

I have been bringing my daughter here for a few years now and we always have a great experience. From the office staff , to Debbie and Dr.Chang highly recommend this office. The fact that they don’t overbook is the best….. thanks for all you do and keeping my daughters teeth looking great ;)

Great with kids! Friendly staff, fun atmosphere. Gentle cleanings. Dr. C is patient and thorough. Makes dental visits less scary. Highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Leandro. He is an excellent doctor—very patient, kind, and great with children. My kids feel comfortable with him, which I truly appreciate. However, I had an issue during my recent visit with the front desk staff member, Rosana. After the treatment was completed, I noticed that the payment amount was higher than expected. When I asked for clarification, I was given inconsistent explanations. Initially, I was told that five teeth were treated, which was not communicated to me by the doctor. When I asked to confirm this with the doctor, that did not happen. The explanation then changed multiple times—from the number of teeth, to copay, and then to reaching a limit. When my husband spoke with her to better understand the insurance details, we still did not receive a clear or consistent explanation. At one point, Rosana reacted unprofessionally—she left the office while still on the phone with my husband, without providing a clear explanation or even an apology. This made the situation even more frustrating. I want to emphasize that she was the only one who treated us this way. In the end, Dr. Leandro came and clarified that the additional

P&C staff is friendly from check-in to check-out. I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment, and the doctor was very engaged and thorough. Dr.P was incredibly kind and attentive. He listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout our visit.
